Described as “a model for social enterprise”, this high quality, yet affordable, boutique style hotel accommodation was created at MIC hotel and conference centre in central London.
Twenty eight stylish and well-appointed rooms were carefully space planned and designed to provide a calm, comfortable, and practical environment, specifically geared to the needs of the typical short-stay MIC guest.

The Atrium bar and restaurant were also re-designed to continue the contemporary aesthetic of the bedrooms and provide a relaxed, flexible space for socialising, business networking, and organised events. As a result of the project, MIC won a ‘Small Commercial Category’ Building Excellence Award and was granted a 4 diamond standard for its accommodation by the AA and RAC.
