London Fashion Centre
A twenty-six unit mall for the fashion industry was created within the shells of three existing industrial buildings.
The top-lit mall, cut through the centre of the existing structures, links the landlocked areas at the rear with the three storeys of showrooms and offices facing the street. A crisply detailed frameless glass and pressed metal facade was introduced to give the centre an appropriate presence on the street, highlighting the entrance and ensuring the mall would be identified from a distance.
